• Daily rates for rooms accommodating one or two people. For TPL or QDL rooms, add on 35% to the rates, per person. Possibility of a third person in the Master and Junior rooms, and of a fourth person in the Green Master suite only.

• 10% commission for the agencies
• 15% ISS charges, to be added on.
• Rates include breakfast every day in the lounge, from 8a.m. until the last person gets up.
• Check-in time – 2p.m. / Check-out – midday.
• Rates and terms are subject to alteration, with no prior notice, while confirmed and/or Paid-for reservations will be maintained.
• Method of Payment: 100% pre paid 96 hs after bookingn, subject to cancellation if it is not made within-term payment must be made through bank deposits.

Term and cancellation charges or changes

High season:

• 30 days before check-in high season and special packages (New Year's Eve, Carnival, Easter and FLIP and other holidays): full refund
• 29-15 days before check-in: 20% on the total amount and the remainder (80%) in charter of credit is valid for one year in any period.
• Less than 15 days up to 96 hours prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount and the remainder in Charter credit valid for one year except holidays prolonged.
• After this period (96 hours before check in) there will be no refund.

Low season:

• 15 days before check-in (except packets and holidays extended): full refund
• Less than 15 days until 48 hours prior to arrival: 30% of the total and balance charter credit valid for one year long except holidays. After this period there will be no refund.

Casa Turquesa´s minor requests, for the well-being of all:

• Please do not smoke in the bedrooms, whereas smoking is permitted in the public area.
• In keeping with the tradition of the local people of Paraty, please remove your shoes at the Inn’s entrance. Casa Turquesa provides courtesy sandals.
• Casa Turquesa apologizes to our small clients and future guests, but we do not have the infra-structure to accommodate the under 14 year-olds.
